Meditative Morning – Autheniticity

An invitation to come and sit under the canopy of trees on the wooden platform beside the Baviaans River at Inner Peace Healing for a Meditative Morning.  A chance to breathe a while before the final rush of the year.

In this Meditative Morning, we will explore the theme of “the authentic you”, slowly and meditatively. Working with the elements of water and nature we will be reflectively be exploring questions like –  How do I stand in my authenticity when pulled in all directions? Who am I protecting or being loyal to when I don’t stand in my authenticity?  What mask is it time to drop?  What does it feel like to meet my authentic self?

To reflect on these enquiries there will be, amongst other things, a Constellation Exercise (no group constellations) and reflective journaling.  And of course, time just to sit and enjoy the sounds of nature in reflective sit spots.

A nourishing tea will be served.

Please arrive by 9.10 for tea or the latest by 9.20 so there is time to gather beside the river to start at 9.30.  Bring a sun hat, journal and pen.

Please be aware that there are steep steps down to the river without a handrail. You navigate these stairs at your own risk.
