Constellation Circle – Nurtured by Nature
30th Mar 2021 @ 09:30 - 13:30 SASTR380
It feels good to be offering the first in-person Constellation Circle workshop for the first time in over a year.
Come and join the Constellation Circle beside the river, to sit circle in meditation and to do Nature Constellation Exercises. Then moving indoors to a Group Constellation (or two more depending on time).
Humans have a deep connection with nature. Studies in Biophilia have shown that we not only need nature to survive, we need it to thrive. Shaman’s have long known that when we are in nature our Luminous Energy Field expands and strengthens us. Yet along the way, perhaps with the connection to technology, we forget our connection to Nature. In this Constellton Circle we look to reconnect with Nature to rebuild our resources needed in these times of change.
Outdoors we will spend time exploring, using Constellation Exercises, how to invite the support of nature into our lives. A Constellation Exercise is a mini structured constellation in a group of 2 to 3 people. In the exercise, the participants are typically given specific roles to represent. Each person in the group has the opportunity to see how they relate to the topic – what needs to be acknowledged. Sometimes they may represent themselves or there may be a representative for them. Its a powerful healing process. Allowing the unconscious to be revealed and then allowing healing to flow.
The group constellations that follow usually work with what emerges from the Constellation Exercises. Yet they can also be on other issues that participants bring to the workshop. Who is constellated (the seeker) is determined on the day. Sitting in circle, witnessing the constellation or taking part as a representative, is a healing process. The roles that you step into to represent may hold deep resonance to something in your family system.
Tea and snacks will be served during the workshop.
Covid protocols will be observed. The workshop is limited to 6 participants to ensure social distancing at the venue.
