Meditative Morning – Finding Flow in the Yes and the No

This is an invitation to come and spend time outside beside the gently flowing Baviaans mountain stream. It will be a slow morning of falling into flow with the water, in silence and allowing yourself just to be.
Once we have all landed we’ll do gentle constellation exercises of exploring what is needed to bring a sense of flow when saying yes and no. Do your yes’es block flow instead of opening it? Do your no’s put you in a box instead of the spaciousness of a healthy boundary?
People pleasers know all about always having to say yes. Not saying the ‘no’ that you want because of the ingrained sense of having to say yes – in order to belong and have a place. That type of yes comes at a cost – it is a no to yourself and keeps you small.
When you say no out of fear of the unknown, from stubbornness, feeling pressured, or because you don’t feel worthy to say yes, we close off the flow of life. A healthy ‘no’ sets boundaries.
We will end the morning with tea, cake and conversation reflections of the morning.
