Shamanic Offerings
Shamanic Offerings at Inner Peace Healing
As a Shamanic Practitioner shamanism influences my Constellation and Energy Healing work, however there are some shamanic offerings need to remain in their pure form – those are Divinations, Despacho Ceremonies and the Munay Ki Journey.
Healing techniques I learnt from North American shamanic practices (such as Soul Retrieval) and from the Sacred Andean Tradition (creating Sacred Space) find their way into Intuitive Energy Healing Sessions. When they weave their way in, they are always offered with sacredness and honouring their source.
Through my work as an initiated Stick Diviner in the Dagara Tradition of West Africa, I have developed deeper communication with and support from my ancestors. In Family Constellations, this deep support and honouring that I have for my Ancestors both influences and supports how I work as a constellations facilitator.

Divinations
What is a Divination?
Divination is an ancient practice that comes in many formats. Humankind has always looked for ways of receiving guidance from other sources.
At Inner Peace Healing, I tap into the guidance of Ancestors and the Elementals of the Other World through Divination. I work with 2 types of divinations – both from the Dagara lineage. I am an initiated Stick Diviner and Cowry Shell Diviner. This medicine is from Burkina Faso in West Africa, introduced to the West by Malidome Some.
A Cowry Shell Divination explores how an imbalance in the elements is needed to bring balance. Stick Divinations may take a broader view.
Why Come for a Divination?
“Our journey is logged at birth but we sometimes get off course. Divination adjusts the course through the help of the ancestors, the cosmos and is aimed at healing and protecting the divinee so that the person’s genius can blossom. Divination happens when there is a problem, something left out, and/or something is out of balance. The solution, the discovery, the reconciliation, and the healing all may come out of the divination.” Malidoma Some
A divination provides a portal to tap into the guidance from Ancestors and the other world. There is tremendous guidance and support in this realm – when we tap into it. Sometimes we have issues that can only be healed with the insight and assistance of those from the Other World and our Ancestors.
What to expect in a Divination?
You will need a local currency silver-coloured coin – not a copper coin. (In South Africa we use a R2 coin). Leading up to the divination speak your issue out loud into the coin. Keep speaking out loud into the coin until you have a clear concise statement or question. This intention will be a conduit for information. Please speak this into the coin just before we meet.
It might be clear to you which type of divination is needed. If not I will divine at the start if we are to do a Stick Divination or Cowrey Shell Divination.
At the start of the divination, you will hand me the coin. (Online we do this with intention.)
You don’t tell me what you have spoken into the coin at this stage.
Divinations start with an invocation calling in support from ancestors and the elementals in the Other World. The diviner acts as a channel for their messages to the divinee (the person receiving the divination.)
Bring a notebook and pen to write down any rituals you must do after the divination.
A ritual is the prescription for the healing that flows from the divination. Complete the ritual within a 3 – 4 week period. Preferably sooner. Rituals must not be done between midday and 3.00 pm. Always offer a pinch of ash before you start the ritual with the words ‘for the deepest honouring and protection.’
Despacho Ceremony
A despacho ceremony is an ancient ritual that is carried out in the Andes of Peru. It’s a prayer in the form of offerings placed with intention and love in a 3-dimensional mandala. As with prayers, there are many different reasons for despachos but they are always done with intention, gratitude and anyi (reciprocity) within a Sacred Space.
I was initiated in June 2024 in Peru by Kamaq Wageaq of the Sacred Andean Tradition to perform these beautiful ceremonies.
I hold a ceremony every two months in Hout Bay at Inner Peace Healing or at a sacred site. Should you wish to have a despacho performed in your space e.g. for a house warming or celebration I am willing to do. Please contact me so that we can make arrangements.
Please keep an eye on the Calendar for the next date.

The Munay-Ki Rites
There are 9 Munay Ki Rites and the Rite of the Womb which, when time is taken to grow their energetic seeds, bring about healing, protection, seeing the unseen, balancing the masculine and feminine, becoming an earth keeper, upgrading your energetic field and supporting you in stepping into your life’s purpose. (You can read more about each Rite here.)
Each fortnight we work with an archetype and corresponding chakra. This cleanses, releases imprints and old traumas and opens you to new possibilities. It’s a journey of transformation and healing as you learn to see the world around you differently.
Along with receiving the rites Robyn will share aspects of South American Shamanism. You will learn how to create Sacred Space, work with the Elements, the four directions and explore the luminous energy field. Each of you who join the journey adds to the richness of the experience for all on the journey as we start each session in a sharing circle.
These rites were introduced to the West by Dr Alberto Villoldo. They are energetic seeds that are planted at spirit level in your luminous energy field (aura). The seeds grow by connecting with fire (a candle flame will do) and meditating on the ‘seeds’ planted in the luminous energy field during the gifting of the rite.
At Inner Peace Healing the Munay Ki Rites are shared over time instead of in a weekend workshop. This gives you time to germinate the seed of each rite and to absorb the unique gift that each rite offers.
When you have completed the journey you will be able to share the Munay Ki Rites with others.
“The prophecies of the ancient Americas speak about a period of great transformation and foretell of a new human appearing on the planet – persons of wisdom and power who courageously step beyond fear and abide in their eternal nature, Homo luminous. The Munay-Ki are the codes for such transformation.” Alberto Villoldo
Here is a recording I made explaining all about the Munay Ki Rites and this journey.
