Constellation Circle – Keeping Connection

12 June @ 09:30 - 14:30 SAST

Constellation Circle - keeping connection

Just as the tree in this image has lost the earth that holds its roots, sometimes we too lose our connection to the earth and our bodies.  When we experience a traumatic event, dissociation may happen – it’s a way we humans have evolved to cope a the time. But we cannot stay in this disconnected mode.

In this Constellation Circle, we will explore using Constellation Exercises what you need to do to stay grounded and connected to your body.  When disconnected from the body, you may end up with thoughts constantly running in your mind or feel like you do not belong on the Earth.

It needs to be acknowledged that sometimes this disconnection to earth, this uprooting, is what is needed to bring in change.

These constellation exercises (mini-structured constellations) allow all participants to do some personal work.  For some, the constellation exercise is all that is needed to move forwards.  For others, a group constellation may be needed to complete the healing process.  I put aside constellations in the Constellation Circle for this – who gets to have the constellation depends on what comes out of the exercises.

During the Group Constellations, you will have an opportunity to represent and witness the constellations.  You can pre-book a constellation to be sure of having your own constellation. (It does not need to relate to the Constellation Circle theme.)

You can read more about Family Constellations here

The workshop cost of R450 includes tea with snacks, and a light lunch.

A pre-booked constellation costs R1250 (including the cost of the workshop).

This Constellation Circle is full.  Please still register if you wish to attend, in case of any cancellations.

What is a Constellation Circle?

A Constellation Circle at Inner Peace Healing is a combination of Group Family Constellations and Constellation Exercises (Structured Constellations) facilitated by Robyn Fergus.

We start the morning in circle with a meditation.

The Constellation Exercises give a chance for all participants in the workshop to do some personal work in groups of 2 or 3 people.  The exercise links to the theme of the Constellation Circle.  It is a structured constellation, i.e. the roles of the representatives are stipulated as part of the exercise.  They are done in silence, the only speaking is the healing sentence if part of the exercise.  Afterwards, there is time for sharing what arose for each of the participants.  Over the past few years, I have witnessed beautiful shifts flow from these powerful short exercises.

Group Constellations may flow out from the Constellation Exercises, i.e exploring an issue that may have been revealed and requires a more in-depth exploration.  The are 2 spaces for pre-booked Family Constellations.  They can be on any issue that the client may want to explore.

During the morning there is a tea breaks with snacks and later on a lunch break during which a light meal is served.

Depending on what arises during the session a healing shamanic drum journey may be included.
