What does it mean to feel resourced?
When I feel resourced, I have the courage, the power and energy to show up as my authentic self. When I am resourced, I know that it is safe for me to step out of the hamster wheel of busyness that ‘protects’ me from facing my fears. I can move into stillness and have the strength to face the challenges that need tackling.
In Family Constellations, we experience what it feels like to be resourced by ancestors as we invite them to stand behind us. Our resources, our Ancestors, are not limited to our bloodline. Your Ancestral resources may be a power animal, your childhood dog, or places in Nature. You can also find resourcing by connection to Great Spirit or Spiritual Masters. When we invite in and acknowledge our resources, we connect to and strengthen our own inner resources. Strength that we may have forgotten we have inside of us.
In the Constellation Circle on 20 August, we will be exploring our connection to the land of our birth – and meeting with the earth energetic mother and father of our birthplace. Discovering what it feels like to reconnect to them as resources so that you can move through life with strength.
Why come to a Circle Constellation?
In one short sentence – for healing and to experience the magic of Family Constellations.
There comes a point in one’s healing journey where, despite all the work you do on yourself, the issue that needs healing does not shift. We are all part of a family – and sometimes the root of the issue lies within the family system
So to invite in the healing and the changes you desire into your life, the whole family needs to be included. They don’t need to be present or told about it. Family Constellations reveal where your healing is being ‘blocked’ by entanglements, loyalty and blind love to your family or other systemic issues.
Participating in a group constellation can be healing for all involved, not only the person bringing the issue to the constellation, but also for the representatives and those witnessing the constellation.

The magic of the healing of constellations also flows in one-on-one constellations, where I use constellation doll-people as representatives. These sessions may be combined with intuitive energy healing to complement the work.
